We then applied our point system and developed a ranking, choosing to focus on the top 20 programs. We awarded extra points to programs with coursework that could be applied toward a master’s degree and programs available online. In the cases of ties, preference was given to those schools with the lowest tuition rates. The main purpose of this list is to highlight the top 20 schools offering a certification in healthcare management. Specializations, awards and achievements earned by the school or department have also been noted.
