Public health professionals are those individuals that aid in maintaining and promoting the conditions in which people can be healthy with a focus on implementing population-level strategies in health promotion. The Master of Public Health (MPH) program is designed to prepare public health professionals for a variety of roles in public health organizations and policy development. The Mission of the MPH Program as stated by the University “is to provide society with knowledgeable and professionally education people to enhance the public health infrastructure and the health of populations in Northern New England, with a special focus on New Hampshire”.
