Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Innovation/Master of Public Health

The BS in Information Technology Innovation and MPH in Biostatistics (BSIT/MPH) dual degree is a combined program in conjunction with the University of Nebraska Omaha, College of Information Science and Technology and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health. The dual degree program provides students with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate BS degree in Information Technology (IT) Innovation and the MPH in Biostatistics. The BSIT/MPH program is provides those undergraduate students who are motivated to take on the challenges and opportunities related to a graduate education. Coursework for the BSIT/MPH provides training in information technology and biostatistics focusing on information technology innovation, tools typically used to analyze different types of public health data, and provides the opportunity to apply bio statistical methods to real-world problems.

Juris Doctor/Master Of Public Health

The Juris Doctor/Master Of Public Health (JD/MPH) program offers those motivated students the unique opportunity to combine training in law and specialized expertise and training in public health through this dual degree program. Successful candidates receive both the Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). Master of Social Work/Master of Public Health

The University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health and the University of Nebraska Omaha School of Social Work offer a collaborative Master of Social Work/Master of Public Health (MSW/MPH) dual degree. This program prepares students in the fields of social work and public health leading to the combined MSW/MPH in less time than it would take to work toward these degrees independently. Students of the dual program can concentrate their education in public health administration and provide advancement in future career options by providing both the clinical social work skills with population-focused public health program skills.
