This ranking list was created to evaluate the Best Value Healthcare Management Master’s Degree programs in the United States, according to a combination of several ranking factors. Most importantly are the US News and World Report Rankings of Best Value Schools among National Universities. This ranking was calculated based upon the school’s overall academic quality, as indicated by the US News Best College Ranking, and the 2012-2013 net cost of attendance for a student receiving the national average level of financial aid, based upon their need. Those colleges and universities with the highest educational quality and lowest cost of attendance receive a higher ranking of “Best Value.” We gave preference to schools that received either Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) or Commission on Accreditation Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) accreditation. The list is then further ranked according to the tuition rates and accreditations granted to the college or university. The goal of this ranking list is to outline the very best accredited graduate Healthcare Management  degree programs that provide an above average education at a reasonable cost.
